    To give you a better understanding of what goes into the home inspection process, I’m joined today by Brett of Integrity Home Inspection, who will be giving us some professional insight.

    Brett has done a lot of inspections for my team since he began his business six years ago. Integrity Home Inspection is typically contacted by a buyer’s agent who needs an inspection, and the company then contacts the buyer to set up a time to provide their services.

    The cost of a basic home inspection is $350, but clients can add radon testing for $125, termite inspections for $75, and lead-paint testing for $50. They receive payment by cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo at the end of the process.
