1. Order an inspection. The inspection process is designed to find and address any potential issues with the home. It’s important that this process is carried out with the buyer’s perspective in mind, since, ultimately, it’s their opinion that matters most in the deal. However, this doesn’t mean that you need completely gut the home. Simple, strategic repairs will bring more bang for your buck than a total rehaul of the property. In fact, most buyers would prefer to make their own upgrades after moving in.
2. Determine the home’s value. Correctly pricing the property is one of the most important steps in the entire transaction. To make sure we set a price that’s both fair and effective, our team conducts a comparative market analysis. This analysis essentially involves finding similar properties to yours that have recently sold in the area and then studying that sales data to develop a price for your listing.
4. Develop a game plan and put it in action. Once we’ve determined what you want from the deal, we can develop a personalized plan and put it into action. This will usually involve scheduling open houses, reaching out to buyers, and other similar activities. Everything we do is designed to help you earn a great deal for your home.
